The 2PEAKS project is the design and realization of luxury mountain apartments, with a strong focus on user comfort and the authenticity of the materials used. The architectural concept embraces panoramic views of Kl\u00ednovec and Fichtelberg, making them part of the residents\u2019 everyday experience. The building\u2019s orientation and the precise placement of windows were carefully designed so that each view feels like a living landscape painting.<\/p>\n
Each building contains one 3-room apartment with a kitchenette (3+kk) on every floor, and each unit offers a distinct living experience:<\/p>\n
Ground-floor apartments feature a hot tub and a terrace. The first-floor units provide direct access to the garden. The top-floor (attic) apartments offer exposed roof trusses, the best views, and the atmosphere of a mountain lodge. The interiors use different color palettes for the lower and upper apartments, yet are unified through wood cladding made from recycled boards salvaged from original buildings.
