A boutique family house project comprising three units. Taking into account the context of the site and the character of the surrounding buildings, the design is composed of a series of simple volumes that interlock in varying configurations. Due to the terrain and orientation, the building is positioned in the northern part of the plot, close to the access road. The arrangement divides the site into an open entrance area and, on the other side, a spacious private garden with a southern orientation.<\/p>\n
The material palette is kept simple to integrate the building seamlessly into the surrounding and adjacent landscape. The choice of materials supports the concept of interlocking volumes. The ground floor is finished with textured plaster featuring vertical grooves in white. The upper floor contrasts slightly, finished with the same-colored plaster but with a smooth stucco texture.
