The golf hotel in Sokolov is designed to blend naturally into the surrounding landscape. Three interconnected volumes follow the course of a stream, creating a seamless link between the golf course and the hotel. Each building has a gable roof and a red cedar façade, complemented by stone cladding that references local materials.
The interior combines the standard of a comfortable hotel with the relaxed atmosphere of a sports setting. All rooms and shared spaces face the course and make use of natural materials, a subtle color palette, and carefully considered lighting. The accommodation area is complemented by a modest wellness zone that enhances overall comfort. In addition, the hotel’s operation is made more sustainable through an energy-efficient system for heating, cooling, and heat recovery (ventilation).
