The interior of the family house in Kbely is centered around a generous living space with an open gallery, connecting the different levels into a calm, coherent whole. Sightlines, vertical connection, and a considered approach to daylight bring a sense of openness and a natural spatial hierarchy.
Materially, the design is defined by the contrast of concrete finishes and dark-stained oak veneer, expressed through bespoke joinery and furniture elements to add depth without unnecessary decoration. A key detail is the custom metal balustrade at the gallery— a subtle line that reinforces the character of the space. The overall scheme is completed by thoughtfully integrated storage and meticulous detailing throughout.
