Design and implementation of the transformation of an old garage with an adjacent house into the Davines Training Academy with facilities. During the design process we emphasized the use of natural materials. The existing house was insulated and connected to the garage by a shaft (dark grey colour). The original garage building was also insulated and finished with cedar wood siding. The window openings were altered to better meet current needs. By lowering the sills, we created a full perimeter sill in the interior at the ideal height to allow for potential seating. We had the unattractive perimeter walls painted white and complemented them with subtle corporate graphics provided by the Academy. Even the grounds surrounding the building have been completely reclaimed.

In the interior we used white, black and grey. The woodwork is represented by birch multiplex plywood. As a counterpoint to the original architectural concrete ceiling, we chose to use the architop concrete trowel.
