The design connects Prague 1’s historic character with a modern office environment, reflecting JSK’s visual identity. Removing the original structures created an open, light-filled layout. Perimeter offices feature glass partitions, drawing natural daylight into the central meeting rooms and facilities, while translucent curtains maintain privacy.
A light material palette with red accents, bleached oak veneer, and aged brass unifies the space. The elegant, residential-style interior is enriched by Studio Upsala graphics, Patrik Hábl wallpapers, and greenery. Emphasizing sustainability, the final project highlights successful collaboration with local manufacturers and designers.
