The 2PEAKS mountain semi-detached apartment building in the Ore Mountains emphasizes landscape connection and comfort. Its name refers to the Klínovec and Fichtelberg peaks. Gable windows are precisely aligned using GPS coordinates to offer perfect views directly from the dining table. Each building comprises three spacious 103 m² apartments. The architecture uses natural materials to blend seamlessly with the surroundings. The facade features Siberian larch cladding in an irregular rhythm that extends into the interiors and terraces. The base combines sheet metal and gabions, topped with a standing seam roof, creating a harmonious dialogue between modern architecture and the mountain environment.
The project features carefully considered details that enhance the comfort of the stay while emphasizing the dialogue between architecture and the landscape.
