Depandance to the main villa – Radonice

Designed for the same client, this two-story annex next to Villa Radonice takes the form of an elongated rectangle. Its architectural language and generous materiality draw direct inspiration from the neighboring villa and surrounding structures. The front façade aligns with the street line, while the upper floor recedes on the garden side to create a spacious terrace.

Visually, the building is divided into a main volume and a lower protruding section, clad to harmoniously connect with the adjacent new build. The interior accommodates traditional family living spaces, with parking conveniently located at the front of the plot rather than an attached garage. The result is a functional, modern home that seamlessly integrates into its context.
