The core concept of the design is to connect the historic character of Prague 1 with a contemporary office environment. The selected materials and forms evoke the atmosphere of a luxurious residential interior and reflect the visual identity and values of JSK.
The new layout, created by removing almost all existing structures, resulted in a more open and light-filled space while maintaining privacy through delicate translucent curtains. Offices are arranged along the perimeter and separated by glass partitions, which also bring daylight into the central zone with meeting rooms, technical and sanitary facilities, and phone booths.
The light material palette is complemented by red accents, greenery, graphic works by Studio Upsala, and wallpapers by Patrik Hábl. The interior features a mix of flooring types, built-in furniture in bleached oak veneer, and aged brass details. Sustainability is also a key principle of the design, supported by collaboration with local manufacturers and designers.
