The core concept of the design is to connect historic Prague 1 with a modern approach to the office environment. The selected materials and architectural language do not reflect typical offices but are intended to evoke the feel of a comfortable, luxurious residential interior. The design is therefore based on the visual identity and, above all, the values of JSK.

A fundamental change was the complete reconfiguration of the layout, which involved removing nearly all existing structures and creating a new, more open and light-filled plan while maintaining privacy through delicate cream-colored translucent curtains. Offices are arranged along the perimeter, each with different layouts and numbers of workstations. They are separated from circulation areas by glass partitions, allowing natural light to penetrate the central zone, which houses meeting rooms, technical facilities, phone booths, and sanitary areas.

A subtle combination of materials in cream and light shades is complemented by striking red accents and abundant greenery. The design is enriched with graphic works by Studio Upsala and hand-painted wallpapers by Patrik Hábl, for example. Flooring is chosen according to function: light cream low-pile carpet in offices, rubber flooring in circulation areas, and parquet-patterned wooden floors in representative spaces.

The interior is largely furnished with custom built-in carpentry, mainly in bleached oak veneer. A distinctive feature is the antique brass sheet used on the reception desk and in other small details throughout the space. Sustainability is a guiding principle, realized here through the selection of local suppliers, manufacturers, and designers. Freestanding furniture comes from Czech producers Ton, Polstrin, and Master&Master, and the reception desk is adorned with bespoke lighting by glassmakers Lasvit. Other lighting fixtures in the interior are also from Czech manufacturers, primarily Lucis and Bomma.
