The interior of this three-bedroom apartment in Villa Josefina, Karlovy Vary, builds on the character of a historic house dating from 1886. Generous rooms and views between them are complemented by contemporary furnishings with clean lines and a calm palette. Wooden floors, light surfaces and carefully selected materials create a timeless foundation for everyday living.
Built-in wardrobes with subtle routed detailing bring coherence to the storage spaces and blend naturally into the apartment’s architecture. The restrained kitchen and dining area are balanced by softly curved upholstered furniture, textiles and delicate lighting. The result is a warm, materially balanced interior that connects the atmosphere of the historic villa with contemporary life.
