A generous villa with an atrium in Radonice is designed as a U-shaped volume that creates a sheltered, intimate patio with a terrace for outdoor living and greenery. The atrium naturally connects to the main living areas and shapes a private part of the garden, screened from neighboring properties. The second part of the plot, defined by the main mass of the house, is conceived in a more utilitarian way.
The layout of the house is divided into a two-storey residential section and an adjoining single-storey wing with a garage, which seamlessly transitions into the wellness area. The ground floor is dedicated to an open-plan living space with a kitchen and dining area, complemented by a guest room, bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, technical/utility facilities, and storage areas. The second floor is conceived as purely private—featuring the master bedroom with its own dressing room and bathroom, as well as three additional rooms. Both the rooms and the master bedroom have a direct connection to the roof terraces above the garage.
